Q: When will our order be completed?
Usually, the production time is about 15-20 days. If your order is urgent, please contact us to arrange priority production.
Q: Can I get a sample before I place an order?
We can provide similar products for quality inspection (freight required). Custom samples are available for a charge, which can be refunded after mass production.
Q: What file formats do you need for mass production?
Original file formats like CDR, PDF, and high-resolution JPG/PNG are preferred. AI is the best format to ensure print quality. We can also provide design services.
Q: How do you ensure product quality?
We use advanced, regularly maintained machinery imported from Germany. Note that minor color deviations can occur in printed products.
Q: How about the after-sales service?
Customer satisfaction is our priority. If there is a mistake on our part, we will reprint the goods for free. Please contact your sales representative for assistance.
