1) Are you a factory or trading company?
We're factory, so wont have any middle charge!
2) Do you customize design for me, or I should send design file for you?
We would send an empty template for you and then maybe you outsource a designer to put your design on dielines. We support ai/pdf/cdr vectored files to print!
3) What do we need so you could send us quote?
We may ask you some questions about which product needs a customized box, what's your product sizes, how to put your product inside the box that you would need to, the box surface finishing, QTY, and where to ship. This allows us to offer a box quote and shipping quote for your reference.
4) What types of custom packaging products do you provide?
Our packaging range includes folding card boxes, rigid gift boxes, corrugated boxes, stickers, display stands, paper bags, and user manuals.
5) What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
Our standard MOQ is 500pcs, but we can accept orders starting from 50pcs if you need a trial run.
6) What is your policy regarding sample services and timelines?
We offer free samples to potential customers, with the sample shipping fee covered by the client. The sample production time typically ranges from 3 to 7 days.
