What is the timeline for samples and bulk production?
Sample delivery takes about 3-7 days after confirmation. The production lead time for bulk orders is typically 20 to 30 days after the deposit payment is completed.
What are your payment and trade terms?
We accept Western Union, L/C, D/A, D/P, and a 40% T/T deposit in advance. While we standardly quote FOB prices, we can also accommodate EXW, CIF, or CNF terms upon request.
How are the wooden wine boxes packaged for shipping?
The standard packaging includes 1 piece wrapped in foam paper, protected by poly foam inside a white box. There are 2 pieces per shipping carton, or they can be packaged according to your custom specifications.
