QWhat kind of materials do you have for packaging?
We provide kinds of materials including paper, cardboard, fabric, and leather for your brand packaging. Each material has different specifications and colors. More details need to be discussed with our packaging experts.
QWhat is your MOQ?
It depends if you need a custom logo or not. If don’t need the custom logo, no MOQ for items which are in stock. But if custom logo is a must, please note MOQ below:
Jewelry Pouch MOQ: 1000PCS per single item
Jewelry Box MOQ: 1000PCS per single item
Jewelry Display MOQ: 30PCS per single item
MOQ might be vary for different project when we get specific info from you.
QWhat is your lead time for sample and mass production?
Lead time for sample: 7- 15 days according to different products.
Lead time for mass production: 20- 30 days according to different projects and products.
If you order in large quantities, we can use automatic machine to make the boxes which can reduce the production time significantly. So no worries for large order’s lead time. We will ensure delivery on time.
QWhat is your payment terms?
Normally the payment terms is T/T 30% deposit, the balance paid before shipment. We can negotiate the payment terms when project is confirmed.
QWhat do you do to ensure the quality?
Quality is the life of products. We have strict quality control systems including IQC, QC, QA to ensure whole monitoring of quality during the production. Our QC team will check the quality of every step of production. They will also check products according to approved pre-production sample to ensure mass production has the same quality as the sample.
