A: To be able to offer such a low minimum order quantity on our boxes we have to use digital printing. For quantities above 1000 units we can match PMS colors using color matching.
Q: How long is your production time?
A: Our production time is 10-20 days depending on the quantity.
Q: Is it possible to change the artwork on the order I just placed?
A: Yes, you can change your artwork before you accept your online proof. After acceptance, no additional changes can be made.
Q: Do you use recycled boards?
A: Yes, all the boards we use are made with at least 50% recycled material and are 100% recyclable.
Q: How will my boxes ship to me?
A: Depending on the volume, options include FedEx Ground, FedEx Express, or LTL Freight (Less than truckload). A tracking number will be provided.
Are Rigid Boxes safe to ship?
A: Rigid boxes are meant to provide value to your product and are not inherently safe for shipping on their own. We recommend putting them in a mailer or shipping box.
