For customized samples, we'll check if they are printable after receiving your files. You are expected to pay both the sample cost and freight. It will take 2-5 days to make the sample, then approximately 2-3 days to deliver via express courier like FedEx, DHL, or UPS.
Usually, we accept T/T in advance. At least 30% of the total amount must be paid in advance as down payment before mass production, and the remaining balance should be paid before shipment or against the copy of B/L.
It will take 15-20 days normally, and 25-35 days in peak seasons, mostly depending on the order quantities. Cargos will be packed in standard cartons and piled on pallets or prepared according to your specific requirements. Shrink wrapping is available upon request. Then, the cargos will be delivered via sea or air.
During manufacturing and prior to shipping, all items are strictly inspected by our professional QC team and securely packed. If the items are damaged when you receive them, or if you are not satisfied, please contact us as soon as possible. If the problems are resulted from our party, we will accept returns, and arrange for replacements or refunds.
